KD-WME200M Normal-temp Overflow Dyeing Machine

With their development integrating the up-date technology and manufacture process, WME200M series high grade dyeing machines can reach bath ratio low to 1:5-6 and high capacity of 300 kilo/tube at a high fabric speed of max. 300 m/min without any abnormal effect to the quality of processed fabrics.

STANDARD STRUCTURE

• The machine body and all the parts in contact with dyeing solution are made of stainless steel (code SUS-316 and AISI-316) highly resistant against corrosion.
• Stepless speed frequency is provided for fabric elevating system at a speed from 65-300 meters per minute.
• Double nozzles, of which the rear one is loop-shape nozzle.
• Bend tubes for liquid separation and overflow collecting system.
• Applying stainless steel centrifugal pump with mechanical seals.
• High efficiency overflow washing system complete with pneumatic valves.
• High efficiency heat exchanger and changeable filtrator.
• Feeding drum with hopper and valve system.
• Fabric delivery rolls.
• Pneumatic valves controlling the increase and decrease of temperature, charge and discharge of water and overflow washing.
• Water-level indicator.
• Built-in automatic rinsing system.
• Main switch box with microprocessor.

Temperature rise rate: average 3.6℃/min( at steam supply pressure of bars.)

• Cooling rate: 3.3℃/min( at cooling water pressure of 3 bars.)
