Application:
The machine is suitable for continuously transfer printing, even suitable for continuously transfer printing after manual placement of cloth pieces
Technical parameters
- The machine is equipped with set off and delivery devices. The length of manual cut-parts glass table is 3 m (glass is equipped by user)
- Heating way: electrical heating, oil heating
- Diameter of main heating roller: 500mm
- Speed: 1-30m/min (frequency conversion regulating)
Operation:
- Connect with air compressor (pressure: 1-5kg/ cm²)
- Turn on current source, open the operating switch, the pilot light on
- Controller set temperature (0-399℃), making the heating board temperature up to established temperature
- Adjust limit relay, set up the pressure time(0-99s)according to the fabric that need to be ironed
- Put the transferring and printing paper and ironing fabric on left, right plate
