Usage

This machine is suitable to the materials such as cashmere, camel’s hair, yak’s hair, etc. After process: feeding, opening, loosing, impurities and coursing hair removing, carding, the confirmed dehaired wool are produced for next weaving process.

Main specification

1 Apply cubage vibrating feeding cabinet. Feeding volume is controlled by photosensor.

2 This machine is combined type. The main form: wool hopper, 2 set of opener, 2 group of small cover plate, 2 group of large cover plate. The number of opener, small and large cover plate can be customized.

3 Feeding hopper, opener, small and large cover plate, carding machine are separately driven by motors.

4 The whole machine equipped with impurity removing knife tool under the needle roller.
